Strength Restoration Video 1: Follow Along With Coaching
Follow this video at least 5 times before moving to Video 2.
Either way, make sure you feel strong in the routine before you move on.

Week 3 PDI
After you’ve completed your 3rd week of the program, complete your Week 3 PDI.
Try to do it right after your Day 21 session. But as always, it’s fine if it hasn’t been exactly 21 days.
